A 2006 Orkney single malt from independent bottler Watt Whisky, made at a mystery distillery on Orkney island, matured for 14 years and finished in a single Port barrel for five months before being bottled . The palate offers notes of red curry, peat smoke, marmalade, raspberries and earthy flint that linger in the finish.
