This whiskey consists of a 21 year old single malt that has matured for over 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished for 3 years in high-quality marsala barrels. The double maturation gives the whiskey extra depth, giving you recognizable notes of dark fruit and cinnamon-like spices.
